– Agree on what you need
– Submit application to Ministry of Home Affairs for approval

2. Ministry of Home Affairs

– Approves application

3. Overseas Agent

– Liaise to sort out relevant paperwork

4. Immigration Department

– More paperwork for visa and work permits

5. Fomema

– Medical examination and insurance

6. Orientation / Induction @ TT

– Workers go through training orientation and counseling

7. First Day

– Work starts
